African adventure- booked with Dalene FerreiraDalene Ferreira assisted to plan and book a trip to Tanzania, Zanzibar with flights home to South Africa. The safari in Tanzania was nothing short of amazing. We had beautiful accommodation, a lovely guide Christopher and saw a lot of wildlife. The flights and transfers were all smoothly arranged. Dalene communicated clearly with us through the planning and booking of this amazing trip. It was a stress free trip. Thank you!

I booked City Break to Prague with Dalene Ferreira at Not Just Travel, she was extremely knowledgeable about the destination and booked us a package city break, we stayed at the Angelis Hotel in Prague just across the Vltava River so we were close to all of the attractions and still in a quiet enough area to get a good nights rest. She recommended places to visit whilst we were there and local cuisine to try as well as some restaurants which were all perfect...I would not hesitate to book through her again as everything from start to finish was taken care of.

Dalene Ferreira got me home!
Dalene Ferreira got us home when Southern Africa was put back on the red list. Because of her, my husband got to meet his 6 week old daughter for the first time. 

My weekend was a disaster trying to fly home to Zimbabwe after it was put on the red list again. I had 2 Airlines cancel on me and I was failing to book a new flight. A friend suggested that I give Dalene Ferreira a call, so I did. She managed to book flights for myself, my 8 year old and my new baby at around 1pm for the flight that night. She then checked us in so I didn't need to worry about that and advised the new time for us to get to the airport.

When I got to Heathrow, I was able to print our boarding passes. There was also a long queue at the ticket office of people who were trying to book on flights. Because of Dalene, we didn't have that problem. She sorted it all out!

She was fab and answered all my questions and asked me to let her know when we got home.

Thank you Dalene Ferreira! We would use you again in an instant!

Thanks so much to Dalene Ferreira for all her help with my travel plans, she not only books your travel for you but also finds out everything you need to know with regards to travelling in these COVID times. She makes sure you have everything you need and is always at hand to answer any questions you may have. She makes it as easy as possible and deals with all the hard work so you don’t have too. When I think of travelling anywhere, my first thoughts go to Dalene Ferreira. I can truly say that I have never experienced this level of customer service with a personal touch that is second to none. Very committed service, with follow up calls and prompt replies to emails. Dalene's extensive knowledge, help and calm nature was welcoming when I had to travel to SA during a very difficult time (my mum's funeral), and under strict Covid regulations. Had it not been for her, I don't know how I would have coped with all the documentation and last minute flight cancellations. Dalene was steady in her approach to these barriers that kept on cropping up, she was unflappable, sorted out all the problems with a smile in her voice, and did not stop checking in until I eventually landed. I can only describe her dedication to her customers as outstanding, even this word is not adequate to fully do justice to how good she is, yet not over the top or intrusive. I have since booked a Summer holiday through her. Everything went like clock work. The hotel was superb, fantastic location, transfers to and from the hotel were great too. The most stress free holiday we have had in a long time Make Dalene Ferreira your "Go To" travel agent, you will not regret it.

We will never use another travel agent! In this time of Covid and constantly changing regulations, quarantine, visas, Brexit etc travel had become stressful . Dalene Ferreira went over snd above to help us . She called police and embassies to check regulations which conflicted, gave us her personal WhatsApp number to use for emergencies, rerouted complicated flights at the last minute snd literally changed our lives snd all this for not much more than booking directly . We cannot recommend her highly enough.
